SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

You may choose to subscribe to a subscription (‘Snift Sub’) plan through the Site. The subscription plan to our Service consists of an initial charge followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and that you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
We will submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually) without further authorization from you, until you opt out of auto-renewal on your account page by using the “Cancel Subscription” button.
The initial payment for your ‘Snift Sub’ subscription will be withdrawn at the time of checkout. For subsequent boxes/terms, payments are automatically scheduled to withdraw based on the date of your subscription start date. The date upon which your subscription starts and next scheduled payment to be taken will be listed in the ‘My Account’ section of the Site.
There is a minimum term (‘Minimum Term’) to all ‘Snift Sub’ subscriptions of 100 days. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that by subscribing to our monthly Snift Sub packages, you commit to purchasing and receiving four orders (initial purchase + 1 additional box per month). By subscribing to our one per three month Snift Sub packages, you commit to purchasing and receiving two orders (initial purchase +1 additional box at the end of the third month). By subscribing to our one per six month Snift Sub package, you will receive one order (initial purchase) and will not be able to cancel your subscription until 100 days have elapsed.
Cancellations can be made via the ‘My Account’ page via the ‘Cancel’ button. This button will appear in the control panel once your account is over 100 days old. Cancellation requests must be made at least seven days prior to the date your plan is due to renew. Your subscription will then enter into a ‘pending cancellation’ status to be checked by the Snift team. Should you be out of the Minimum Term period, your cancellation will be approved and you not be sent or billed for further orders of this subsciption product.
The recurring fee you pay for the subscription is fixed for the entirety of the Minimum Term. Outside of the Minimum Term, Snift will advise of any price increases in the subscription product not less than one month in advance of coming into effect.
In the event that you fail to pay in full for all orders outlined in the Minimum Term described above, we reserve our rights to recover such sums from you by all legal means necessary (including instructing a third party debt collection agency to recover the same).
Alterations to your address or payment method can be made via the control panel on your ‘My Account’ page. You are permitted to make alterations to the items in your subscription by changing them on a like-for-like basis (ie. one blend for another), by emailing hello@www.snift.co.uk with your subscription details and request.
Promotional codes/discounts are only valid on the initial order of Snift Subs, not the recurring charges, unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
Free shipping is offered to customers who have an active subscription and who wish to make additional purchases on the Site. In order to activate this offer, customers must be logged into the account that contains the active subscription. Free standard shipping will then be available for selection on the cart/checkout pages for all orders, regardless of value.
