I have 2 energy ones - they just help me when out and feeling like a lift.
My wife and son use the sleep one every evening.
My wife loves the breathe one as she has asthma and helps her every day.
My son and me use to focus one as ive had 6 strokes and my son has autism so this one helps get us back on track.
Finally we have given to calm one to our son for when he is getting a bit overwhelmed when at school or other situations.
They each have amazing smellls and people are curious when they see you with them -:of course i give them the website.

HOW TO USE

To achieve this, we recommend the following technique:
1. STOP
Make a conscious decision to pause whatever you are doing and close your eyes. Mentally check in with yourself.
2. SEE
Try to imagine feeling how you want to feel, or accomplishing what you want to accomplish. Hold that thought in your mind.
3. SNIFT
Move the Snift Stick up to your nostril while pinching the other closed. Inhale slowly and deeply. Repeat as desired on both sides.
