Make a conscious decision to pause whatever you are doing and close your eyes. Mentally check in with yourself.
Try to imagine feeling how you want to feel, or accomplishing what you want to accomplish. Hold that thought in your mind.
Move the Snift Stick up to your nostril while pinching the other closed. Inhale slowly and deeply. Repeat as desired on both sides.
